Hilton CEO Chris Nassetta has announced that all 3,700 hotels in the Hilton Family of Brands portfolio will be using the Light Stay System to benchmark their energy usage by the end of 2011.

Hilton got a lot of value out of its product placement deal with the new George Clooney movie “Up In The Air.”
The brand waived location fees for filming and cleared blocks of rooms, as well as hosted the after party.
In return, they paid nothing for the product placement in the movie.

All HHonors members will be eligible for a free one night certificate redeemable at any Hilton hotel wen they stay four times or ten nights, whichever comes first between January 5th and March 31, 2010.
There is no additional charge to the hotels for this exciting promotion.
