The Hampton Inn and Suites Gallup North received an Outstanding on their Quality Assurance evaluation today. This makes three Outstanding’s in a row for general manager Jonni Chavez and team. Both Gallup properties have now received Outstanding ratings on three inspections in a row. Congratulations Jonni and team! Keep up the good work!

Don’t Forget Minimum Wage Increase in July 2008

It will increase to $7.25 on July 24, 2009.

GM Leadership
Will be a four day required program in Memphis with a 5th day of elective training. There will be four courses to choose from (ESales, Rev Management, QA and IT/OnQ Insider. Pre-work has not changed.
Regional training will be Lighthouse Leadership Training. ‘
