Will our guests miss the old process of checking in?
The rental car companies no longer make their customers check in. I can check out my own stuff at Home Depot. You can bypass the ticket counter at the Airport.
Soon, guests will bypass check in completely and have their key access codes downloaded to the mobile devices. Then the device will open the guest room door.
